Who you are contracting with
This store is operated by HaventraGoods, 1309 Carlton Ave, Lake Wales, FL 33853, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions
We describe each product by what it physically is, its pack size and its manufacturer part number. Compatibility statements repeat what the product’s own manufacturer states. We do not claim any relationship with the makers of the machines these products fit.

Safe use — appliances
Espresso machines, grinders, brewers and kettles are mains-powered appliances that heat water under pressure. Read the manufacturer’s manual before first use, do not modify the machine, and do not run it with a damaged cord or plug. Units we sell are supplied to the US market at 120 V.

Safe use — cleaning products
Descalers and cleaners are chemicals. Follow the instructions on the pack and your machine manufacturer’s descaling procedure. Keep them out of reach of children. Do not mix descaler with other cleaning products. If you are unsure whether a product suits your machine, ask us before you use it.

Machine warranty
Using a third-party maintenance product may affect the warranty on your coffee machine, depending on that manufacturer’s terms. That is a matter between you and your machine’s manufacturer. We are not able to advise on another company’s warranty terms.

Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in USD ($) and may change. If an item is out of stock or priced in error after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund; we do not charge you a different price without asking first.

Orders we may decline
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order looks fraudulent, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we have already taken payment, we refund it in full.

Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
